POSITION: Assistant Training Officer Load and Haul
INDUSTRY: Mining Industry
SALARIES: Market related
AREA: Northern Cape

Responsibilities:
To facilitate training at our organisation and conduct on-the-job assessments and evaluations to determine competence, which includes but not limited to:
• Training facilitation and presentation
• Delegate supervision
• Course development and maintenance
• Operator evaluation and assessment
• Data capturing • SHERQ adherence and compliance
• Work Ethics

Qualifications & Experience required:
• Grade 12

• NQF Level 4 Certificate- ODETDP
• NQF Level 5 Assessor: Unit standard 115753
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational Training/ Facilitation & Operational Load and Haul Surface mining
• Valid drivers’ licence
