POSITION: Workshop Foreman
INDUSTRY: Automotive
SALARIES: Up to R360k p/a + Benefits
AREA: Durban, KwaZulu Natal

Responsibilities:
• Inspect work in progress and perform final quality checks
• Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain workshop cleanliness
• Assign daily tasks, monitor workflow, and manage productivity levels
• Manage technical staff
• Ensure specialized tools and machinery are maintained
• Monitor the stock levels of spare parts and consumable
• Ensure mechanical repairs or production tasks are completed safely and efficiently
Qualifications & Experience required:
• Matric
• Trade Test Certificate – Diesel Mechanic
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
