POSITION: Technical Service Engineer

INDUSTRY: Automotive

SALARIES: Up to R480k p/a + Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client service requests

• Perform routine inspections

• Provide remote or on-site technical assistance

• Diagnose complex technical problems

• Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance

• Record troubleshooting steps in IT service management tools

• Ensure equipment or software systems operate reliably

• Write reports on equipment or system performance

• Hand off unresolved or advanced problems to senior engineering

• Track service tickets

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Matric

• University degree

• Valid driver’s license

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
