Responsibilities:

Monitors vehicle and parts inventory levels

Recruits, mentors, and develops departmental managers

Drives revenue and manages the bottom line across all dealership departments

Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting systems are maintained
-
Ensures the dealership meets or exceeds OEM franchise standards

Drives Customer Satisfaction Index
Qualifications & Experience required:
-
Grade 12
-
Management Degree or equivalent
-
Driver’s license - Valid Code EB
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the heavy commercial vehicles industry
