POSITION: Mechanical Supervisor
INDUSTRY: Mining
SALARIES: Up to R1.5mil p/a
AREA: Northern Cape

Responsibilities:
• Lead teams of technicians
• Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
• Diagnose mechanical failures and prescribe immediate corrective actions
• Managing procurement requests and equipment storage
• Conduct daily site and equipment checks to uphold safety protocols
• Enforce strict health and safety standards
• Prepare reports on mechanical system performance, maintenance costs, and equipment utilization
Qualifications & Experience required:
• N3 Engineering Studies
• Trade Test Certificate in Boilermaker / Fitter / Electrician
• Supervisory Certificate
• Valid Code EB driver’s license
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience
