POSITION: Procurement Director

SALARIES: Up to R1.5mil p/a

Responsibilities:
• Negotiating major vendor contracts and building relationships
• Managing supply chain risks
• Analyzing market data and sales trends to predict future demand
• Coordinating the movement of goods
• Overseeing stock levels using specialized software
• Oversees the importation of raw materials and creation of products
• Developing high-level purchasing strategies
• Ensure that supply is available to meet client demand
• Reviewing logistical functions and identifying areas of improvement
• Coordinate, organize, and manage all logistics in the production and distribution process
• Manage people on the teams involved in the production process
Qualifications & Experience required:
• Postgraduate/Honours in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience
