Responsibilities:
• Oversee general accounts, budget functionaries, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payrolls
• Responsible for supervising the entire financial staff
• Monitor work of financial services staff and ensure compliance to company’s procedures and policies
• Recruit and train for financial services of company and develop innovative sales techniques for effective and profit oriented results
• Managing the tax compliance for the operation
• Identify potential problems that are keeping the company from meeting its financial goals
• Provide detailed daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports; to be reviewed by the manager
• Create an annual budget plan for the company to maximize profits and prevent loss
• Responsible for recouping delinquent payments from clients
• Assist financial services staff to optimize sales and maintain effective client relationship to increase revenues
Qualifications & Experience required:
• University degree in Accounting
• Mining tax certificate
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience
